Refunds and Returns

HFS Sport is located in sunny San Diego, so on West Coast time. Don’t worry, if you can’t reach us by phone (1-800-604-2853), leave a message or email us ( and we’ll call/respond within 24 hours!)


Standard shipping rates apply for US, some items e.g. Field Hockey GK gear have slightly higher shipping due to size of item. Adjustments for larger items, such as goalkeeping gear, will be made. Please feel free to email with queries.

International shipping is available, international shipping rates apply. Email for details.


Returns are accepted on unused, unworn and perfect condition items if something didn’t work out for you. All products must be returned in the original packaging undamaged. Returned items must be boxed. No refunds will be given for items returned with no shipping box and labels stuck to the product. The product will be returned to the customer.

Customers will not be refunded the cost of shipping they paid, nor the cost of the return shipping if the return is not the fault of HFS. For example, ordering the wrong shoe size or simply don’t like the product. Customers are advised to carefully review the sizing information supplied on the webpages to ensure you order the correct size. HFS will use official adidas conversion charts and not those of anywhere else.

Customers ordering and using a hotel for a delivery address accept the risk that once items are delivered they may become lost by the hotel. HFS cannot take any responsibility for any problems that occur when asking for this type of delivery. We will refund, subject to the above, if the product is returned at the customer’s expense.

Customers ordering from outside the contiguous USA are responsible for the shipping costs for returning any product. Any fees incurred from shipping the item overseas including, but not limited to duties and brokerage fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.


We appreciate that it may be frustrating if we advise you an item you ordered is not currently in stock. As an online retailer we are entitled by law to display items we have a reasonable expectation can be supplied within 30 days. Aside from our own inventory we do have access to other partner distributors worldwide. We have this facility in place so that we can work to provide our customers with as much opportunity to get the item they want. Sometimes this will cause a slight delay in shipping as we work to service you. In the event we cannot get the item ordered we will offer an alternative. If you do not want the alternative you will be fully refunded.
